Dr. Amparo Villar
Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Villar obtained her Doctorate from Ross University School
Veterinary Medicine. She completed her clinical year at Purdue
University and has a special interest in behavior, cardiology, neurology
and internal medicine.
Raised in a bilingual household, Dr. Villar is fluent in both English and
Spanish. Her language proficiencies provide a strong foundation for
doing business in the modern economy of Northern Virginia and the
greater Washington DC metro area.
Growing up in a family of doctors on a farm in Charlottesville, VA
instilled in Dr. Villar a great respect and a fond interest in modern
medicine and animal care. This youthful inspiration developed into a
lifelong desire to become a veterinarian.
Dr. Villar currently lives in Centreville with her dog named Taxi. When not practicing veterinary medicine, she likes spending time with family and friends, hiking, and swimming.
